Bosch Malaysia's third-party sales in the country rose 14% to RM552mil in 2014 compared to a year earlier. Total net sales of the global technology and services supplier increased in 2014 by 24% to RM3.6bil. Bosch Malaysia is an important location for Bosch, both as a production base as well as a market for their products and services. Bosch has invested around RM260mil in the country in the past three years, and three out of its six locations in Malaysia underwent expansions and enhancement in 2014.
