Police are trying to trace the owners of a large number of power tools which they believe were stolen from the Harlow and Epping areas. A 21-year-old man from London was arrested by Essex Police on suspicion of theft from a vehicle in Harlow on January 19 and released on police bail until August 19, pending further enquiries. Police have issued a reminder to people not to leave valuable tools or equipment in their work vehicles overnight.
